Sujwala Puttagunta
(President)

Sujwala Puttagunta leads the day-to-day operations of the Global Economic Foundation as President. She brings years of experience in nonprofit management and project development, ensuring that Pinecrest Development fulfills its commitment to creating affordable, sustainable housing for low-income families and older adults in Danville. In addition to her role at the foundation, Sujwala is also the President of both Fairfield Enterprise (fairfieldenterprise.com) and Uplifting Communities (uplifting-communities.org), where she drives impactful community projects and business development initiatives.

Bob Atluri
(Senior Manager)

Bob Atluri, Senior Manager, is overseeing the execution of Pinecrest Development, ensuring the project aligns with the community's needs for affordable, sustainable housing. In addition to his role with the Global Economic Foundation, Bob is also actively involved with Uplifting Communities, where he contributes to community-driven initiatives and development projects. Partnering with Osman Aydin, a Professional Engineer with a wealth of experience in engineering and project management, we ensure that Pinecrest Development meets the highest standards of quality and compliance. Job Duties:
Oversee Project Execution: Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to implementation and completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
Manage Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate efforts across departments, including construction, finance, and community engagement, to ensure efficient collaboration.
Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring project objectives meet expectations.

Finance Team:

Grant Manager - Oversee Grant Funding and Compliance: Manage all aspects of grant funding, including application processes, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements to maximize resources. Financial Analyst - Conduct Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze project financials, monitor budgets, forecast costs, and prepare reports to support decision-making.

Construction Team:

Construction Manager - Supervise Construction Operations: Oversee daily construction activities, manage subcontractors, enforce safety protocols, and monitor timelines.
Site Supervisor and Subcontractors report to the Construction Manager.

Community Engagement Team:

Community Engagement Manager - Build and Foster Community Relationships: Lead outreach efforts to engage residents, stakeholders, and organizations to ensure the project meets community needs.
Outreach Coordinators report to the Community Engagement Manager.

Design and Planning Team:

Lead Architect - Design and Develop Project Architecture: Oversee architectural designs, ensuring they meet specifications, aesthetic goals, and regulatory requirements.
Urban Planner and Environmental Specialist report to the Lead Architect, focusing on sustainable planning and environmental considerations.
